Hi Li Lu. I'm gonna assume this is for a real exam. In english we call this technical writing. I would recommend adopting a sentence structure that emphasizes sequence of events, since the sole purpose is communicate instructions. The music will stop. You then must answer 3 questions about your basic information. You will be given 10 seconds per question, to answer each question. The 3 questions will be: 1) State your name 2) State your nationality 3) State your candidate number Your candidate number is found on the left side of your admission ticket Next your official test will begin. Part I - XXX, (questions 1-15) In Part I, you will listen to a spoken phrase, then repeat what you hear. After hearing each question you will be given 10 seconds to repeat the phrase you hear. You may speak AFTER you hear the sound 'di-' Part II - XXX, (questions 16-25) In Part II, you will listen to a spoken question, then provide a correct spoken answer. After hearing each question you will be given 10 seconds to repeat the phrase you hear. You may speak AFTER you hear the sound 'di-' ....I'll let you finish the rest of the instructions, but I think this provides a much clearer sequenced set of instructions to the reader. In technical writing use line breaks often to segregate groupings of events, and always err on the side of the shortest, fewest, most concise words. Your goal is verbal accuracy and precision. Hope this helps!! -Jonathan

Part III - XXX, (questions 26-27) In Part III, you will read two written questions. Then you will provide a spoken response. First you will be given a total of 7 minutes to READ AND PREPARE answers to both questions 26, and 27. Then after your 7 minutes of preparation time has passed, you will be given 1 minute and 30 seconds per question, to speak your answers for each. While preparing, you must click '27' on your computer youself, to navigate forward so that you can access the question. The 'draft area' is provided for use during the preparation time. You may read directly from it during the spoken answer time. Text entered in the draft area will not be marked or evaluated by the instructor. When your preparation time is up, you will hear '准备时间结束,现在开始第26题', which means 'Time's up'. Begin speaking your answer to question 26 after you hear this prompt. After you have completed your response to question 26, please wait, and you will receive a second prompt to answer question 27.
