Hi Joy, Hi Joy, In English I think we say "fidgety". It is nervous energy. For example, "children can be fidgety when they are waiting at the dentist office. In Japanese I usually hear people say ドキドキ. I use 緊張 always for fidgety or nervous feeling. Thank you for teaching me this word ソワソワ. :)
