Why is the second picture in the screenshot written as James's instead of James'?

The person's name is James. It forms the possessive in the same way other names do - by adding 's.
There is no reason why James should form the possessive differently to Jim.
Jim's car / James's car.
James' is commonly written however.

Both are correct possessive noun forms. More often than not, I see James' rather than James's. But, both are correct. It's the choice of the writer.
