Wow. I'm sorry. That whole clip is nonsense in English. And I would NOT use this audio to learn our language if were you because the dude in this sucks at speaking it, and that's pretty sad because they're American (sound like something from a TV show).
"Beat dem two months rent he owe dem other people" means some screwball named Rashan was two months delinquent on his rent and was kicked out of the apartment. That's why the character speaking is telling the other he's going to help Rashan move.
The guys English sucks so bad I had to listen to it a couple times to figure that out myself.
