What is differences between,,I could care less’’ and ,,I couldn’t care less’’?

People say both, both phrases mean you don't care at all about something. But technically the correct phrase is couldn't care less. Because could care less means you (could) care less than you already do.

Yes, native speakers get this wrong very often.
"I couldn't care less" is the correct version.
