No. Wanton is a food, kinda like dumpling. Not sure about the difference tho.

Yes. WANT and WANTon both come from the Old English for lacking. Wanton meant lacking discipline.

No. Wanton means "deliberate and unprovoked" or "having many casual, sexual relationships". (Merriam-Webster)
