I love chicken dishes because with chicken we can make lots of dishes, the majority of which are delicious. That's why like it.
•I guessed that you meant to say that many of the chicken dishes are delicious. But if you meant:
-chicken dishes are the most delicious, compared to any other dish (use "and they're the most delicious")
-chicken dishes are very delicious (use "and they're very delicious")
•For continuity, and to emphasize how much you like chicken, you could edit the last sentence to "that's why I love it." Because you said before that you "love" chicken.
