There should be a comma after "people", not a period because "not just ... beyond" is not a sentence.
The entire "not just ... beyond" is one gigantic adverbial phrase that modifies the verb "offers". The phrase answers a "when?" question. Phrases that answer "when?" questions are adverbial.
