What does "We've got a job to do" mean? And what does he mean by "Beef" in this context?

"we've got a job to do" means that we have work to do, we have things to do, we have a mission to accomplish
"beef" is slang for fight, argument, or problem with someone. Starscream is trying to tell Demolishor to stop think his problem or his fight or his negative feelings about Megatron, and instead focus on the important things they need to do instead.
