Here in China we have a dish called 'Fotiaoqiang' . The word means the Buddha hops over the wall for its delicious and nutrition . It's a kind of soup contains abalone , sparerip , trepan , fishskin , mushroom and so on . You can tell it is expensive by its ingredients .
