They all mean bedroom. Cuarto and habitación also mean ‘room’

Hola Motahareh, todo depende de:
1. Contexto: trabajo, como sector hostelero o inmobiliaria

Saludos!

This might vary by country, but here’s what they mean for me. A dormitorio is a bedroom. An habitación can be a bedroom or any room in a house at all. Cuarto is a generic word for a room. This would include a bedroom, but I personally wouldn’t use it to refer to a bedroom, specifically. Hope that helps!
