I love to eat Liuzhou river snails rice noodles, It has a lot of ingredients, such as tree ear(木耳 is probably best as 'edible fungus' in English), fried peanuts , fried dried beancurd (maybe be say 'tofu' for 豆腐) sticks , sour long beans . And the most important thing is the Sour Bamboo Shoots that make Liuzhou river snails rice noodles smelly。But actually it’s really addictive. You have to try it (or 'You must try it' when you come to China!!!
