I think both are ok but On Zoom sounds better, I think, because it’s a kind of internet platform.
We usually get on platforms not in platforms.

I think 'on' is correct.
We had a meeting on Zoom. We had a Zoom meeting.
I spoke to him on Zoom.
I spoke to him using Zoom.
I spoke to him via Zoom.
