Je suis apprendre le français chaque jour. [<< incorrect]
J'apprends le français chaque jour. [<< correct]

For routines, we always use the present simple. It would be, “I study French every day.” I hope this helps. If you’d like some practice, I am a native speaker and am offering classes on my profile. ☺️
