The Tim じぁん!!!
It's overcast today. My fever has subsided. However, my mom is still sick and has no appetite. So, I decided to make her an egg salad sandwich. It's incredibly easy to prepare. Here's how:
1. First, I boiled two eggs for about fifteen minutes.
2. After killing the heat, I let the eggs rest in the pot for a bit.
3. Then, I drained the water and rinsed the eggs under cold water, which makes them much easier to peel.
4. Once peeled, I sliced the eggs and placed them on toast along with some pickle slices.
5. Finally, I generously applied tartar sauce.
It was surprisingly simple to make, but it seems Mom wasn't interested at all. Instead, Dad ended up devouring it.

Tartare sauce normally goes with fish. Sounds fine though.
