And the bear looks down and says: -I don’t know, I was born with them! I guess, maybe the word “pause” has a similar sound word?)😅

It’s a “play on words”. The pronuncian of the word “pause” is the same as the pronunciation of the word “paws”, and bears have paws 🐾 And since he’s a bear he is large, so he has long paws (“long pause”). 🌈 Nicky
