I am a foodie. I love to eat different kinds of food, and I am a vegetarian. Today I will discuss my favourite traditional dish,
which is Brinjal Sabji. As the name suggests, it is made from a vegetable called brinjal. This is the Hindi word for aubergine.
Brinjal Sabji is mainly available in the winter season because good quality aubergines are available then. Cooking methods always vary from person to person, and I prefer my mother's recipe. We believe that the aubergine is the king of all vegetables.
