When parents get older they need more special cares and sometimes children don't have enough time for them so that they will send their parents to nursing homes. However, I myself don't like sending my parents to nursing homes even if I don't have time. Instead, I can hire a person at home to take care of them. This idea is much better than sending them to nursing homes. At least you know that your parents spend a ton of time to take care of you. Now that's your turn to care of them!

It's the least you can do!
I like the expression you created "a ton of time" but that's not what we usually say in the US. I don't think that "At least" worked in that sentence. If you want to use "at least" you could say: "At least you can take care of them now."
