Is it correct and does it sound natural?
I thought they did it by accident and then just didn’t want to redo it again 😅

Correct but not natural. The two clauses seem unrelated: "they did it by accident" and "they didn't want to redo it".
"Again" is superfluous. "Redo" already means "again".
