Are these allophones or phonemes???? First i thought all are allophones because of the transcription symbols. But then I read the translation and its not the same meaning? So are these phonemes because of that?

Those are all phonemes since they represent minimal pairs. That means that each word in the list has everything in common with the word in from of it, aside from the nasalization.

they are phonemes because nasality is distinctive.
Examples for allophones include German /x/ vs /ç/ (Ach-Laut und Ich-Laut), both represented in spelling ax "ch"
