We went to my the most favorite Japanese restaurant named “料理や 森川(Ryouriya Morikawa)” last night.
This is the restaurant that I was taught by my patient, we have been to it every season since about two years ago.
By the way, the TV show named “料理の鉄人(Ryouri no tetsujin)” was very popular in Japan, 1990s.
The TV show was cook battles that three great masters (japanese・chinese・french) encountered challengers who were professional cooks.
At the time, the Japanese economy was very up, using luxury food ingredients. We enjoyed watching cooks’s clever manipulations and beautiful food ingredients.
Mr, Morikawa is the owner chef of the restaurant we went to last night,had been training in the restaurant owned 道場六三郎(Michiba Rokusaburo) who the Japanese master.
We are always impressed not only taste but also Morikawa’s great skill and sense.
In spite of this severe cold season, we felt happy to warm our stomachs and hearts.
