I think it is possible to stay fit without going to the gym. First, you can get adequate exercise by going up the stairs instead of taking an elevator. Also, you can ride a bicycle to the station you use instead of taking a bus to get there. Or you can just walk there. If you’re interested in taking up yoga, you can start it just by buying a proper floor mat and turn on the tv for instruction.
