I've read a lot of great books in my life about nutrition, training, phsycology and personal improvement. Some of them better than others, and I want to emphasize especially in David Goggins' book.
David Goggins is a former US Navy seal, and his book is called 'Can't hurt me', in his book he basically describes all the process of his life to get where he is now, how from the early ages he suffered from bullying at school and home, how he overcome lazyness to become the best version of himself and also provides some tips to become the best version of oneself as well as stop making excuses all the time, and so on....
