Did I say that correctly?
Which one is correct?
Here’s how I understand it, “in terms of spoken English, either of them doesn’t matter the meaning of them, but in terms of form English it’s better to use the second one? Am I right?🤔

Correctly! As you’re using it as an adverb. To say correctly
Correct is an adjective. Her homework was correct.

Kinda correct. Even when speaking "Did I say that correct? " is not grammatically correct. Go with "Did I say that correctly" to be sure
