If the bread is neither sweet or salty, you can use the word "savoury" to describe it. US English is spelt at : savory.
Yes I do like bread. I usually have it for breakfast rather than lunch or dinner. I prefer multi-grain bread to white bread as it keeps me full and satisfied for longer. Occasionally I will have sweet bread like red bean paste buns or pork floss buns.
