A previous student started to learn with me again and asked “have things improved?” I said I have already gotten used to that. The situation is worse and worse. A teacher said the head of a department and his wife left suddenly. I asked who cover his lessons? And in another department, all the teachers are leaving except the head, because he wants to bring his wife to work here. I had a colleague, but the principal is not happy with her, so she was re-allocated. I do the work of two people. Our line manager is the principal’s husband. She also brought their son and son’s girlfriend to work here on higher positions. No one supports us. A teacher mentioned “why don’t ask us how many people we need” in a meeting, our manager said “if I ask everybody, I will never make a decision”. But they still lie to the policemen, “we have two people work here”.

A previous student approached me and asked, "Have things improved?" I responded by saying that I have already grown accustomed to the situation. Unfortunately, the situation continues to worsen. A teacher informed me that the head of a department and his wife abruptly left. I inquired about who would cover their lessons. Additionally, in another department, all the teachers, excluding the head, are leaving because he intends to hire his wife. I used to have a colleague, but the principal was dissatisfied with her performance, so she was reassigned. As a result, I am now performing the workload of two people. To make matters more complicated, our line manager is the principal's husband. Furthermore, he has appointed their son and his son's girlfriend to higher positions within the organization. We feel unsupported, and during a meeting, a teacher suggested, "Why don't we ask how many people we actually need?" In response, our manager stated, "If I ask everyone, I will never be able to make a decision." However, they continue to deceive the authorities by claiming, "We have two people working here."
