My kids are going to have a summer holiday after school. I need to to cook delicious meals for them, plan to learn English with them and take them out... But sometimes I am so lazy to do these things because they are not my habits. I have a chance to be more intimate with my kids but a challenge to do things perfectly.

My kids are going to have a summer holiday after school. I look forward to delicious meals, learning English together, and taking them out... But these are not everyday things for me so I fear being too too lazy to do them. It is a chance for closeness but it will be a challenge to get it right.
Be careful with the word "intimate". It's probably fine in this context discussing your children but it can have connotations that you don't want and there are many other words that say the same thing: "togetherness", "attachment", "closeness".
I usually don't like "get" but "get it right" is a great expression. My rule is to avoid using "get" to replace good verbs, but use it in common colloquial expressions.
Note the use of "everyday" rather than "every day".
