The best phrase for computers is probably, "I have good computer skills."

Generally you would say, „I‘m good with computers.“ in everyday conversation. I‘ve heard „I‘m good at computers“ a lot on the street but that’s technically not correct. You can say it, but only when you‘re with your friends or in an informal setting (at the bar for example).
