Are these time clauses fine?
He went to his school until it got closed.
He had been going to his school for (since) some time until it got closed.
He had finished his schools before it got closed.
I am wandering wether past tense forms are used nicely with the words Until, Before. But, if the past even before another happened "for some time" before another without the word "since" would I have to use past simple?
Thanks.
