How to type words like “Vis-à-vis”(I copied it)? I mean the slash on the top of the “a”.

It depends on the keyboard. Phone and tablets usually let you hold the letter and other forms if the letter show. Some European pc keyboards have the symbol on the right middle area. You type the symbol then the letter and it comes out correctly. For typing in American English, it's okay to type the "a" without the symbol if you have to.
