Are these both ok?
1. There is less and less fresh air because of the pollution.
2. The fresh air is becoming less and less because of the pollution.

1. There is less and less air because of pollution.
2. There is less fresh air because of the pollution.
I would say that either one of these 2 examples now sound more natural to a native English speaker. I hope this helps! 😊

#1 sounds normal. #2 is unnatural.
