Fishing In our home, my husband takes care of laundry. We live in a multi-story apartment building and the laundry rooms are located in front of the elevator at each floor. So it’s not too inconvenient. I have noticed he recently does some fishing every week when he does laundry. Here are some examples: Last week there was a new white sock among our clothes. When I asked him why he brought it in, he said he can’t check every single piece of clothes before taking them from the dryer into the basket. Apparently, somebody left it in the dryer and it got mixed up with our clothes. The bad thing is it doesn’t pair with any other socks. So it’s not useful and had to be returned to the laundry room. This week he did a better job though. While pulling the clothes out of the basket, he told me: one of us had a one-dollar bill in our pocket. Look! It’s washed and looks like brand new! I looked at him with smile and said: what do you mean? We never put any money in our pockets. Did you do fishing again?!! But for the God’s sake why didn’t you fish a one-hundred dollar bill?!
