This morning, I practiced listening to English but I could hear so little. I felt helpless and disappointed for a while thinking the goal is too far away. However, I suddenly thought about a student of mine. She is always sensitive with grades and gets stressed easily. I have advised her times not to be negative and concentrate to efforts. Now I can use my own advice.
