I have to give an English speech in today’s class. I’ll talk about myself. After the speech, I have to answer questions from my classmates. I’ve memorized the speech and I’m not worried about speaking, but I feel nervous.
Alternative Version (more fluent, relaxed style):
Today, I need to give a speech in English about myself. After that, my classmates will ask me questions. I’ve already memorized my speech, and although I’m not worried about speaking, I still feel a bit nervous.
Tip: Use “give a speech” (not “make”) and remember that uncountable nouns like “English” don’t take “a” in front. Also, contractions (e.g. I’m, I’ve) sound more natural in speech.
