Hi everyone !
Can anyone help me with this question?
Which one is right,
“Please kindly approve the document” or
“Kindly approve the document”.
Thanks in advance 🙏

Second one would be more appropriate in writing. If you are speaking, it is best to say ,"Please approve the document". I hope this helps.

“Kindly approve the document” is typically dry formal written language, however adding please at the beginning doesn’t make it incorrect. It’s commonly used in emails.

Nobody would say it that way. Can you check to see if this is right?, Did I fill this out correctly? If we are showing it to you. I you faxed it or sent it by e-mail I would then say, The document I sent you is it filled correctly?
