Please, I need to write a card for Christmas but I am not sure about the grammar and everything, can you help me please ?
The text :
I want to take advantage of this very special moment to tell you a big thank you for everything.
Thank you for welcoming me like you did,
Thank you to be very kind, very friendly with me. Thank you for your SMILE every day,
Thank you to be my friends
All these things mean a lot to me.
I can’t imagine a better working condition, and I am very happy to work here with all of you today.
I wish you the most beautiful Christmas,
Thank you very much for your help

for being very kind
for being my friends
a better working environment
Sounds like a wonderful Christmas card! Also, I think "working condition" like you wrote would be ok too, but to me "working environment" sounds more natural.
