Hi, there What’s a word I could use to emphasize the noun “disuse”? Could I say “GREAT disuse”? What about “Has fallen WAY out of use”? “This device has fallen into GREAT disuse” “This device has fallen WAY out of use”? What could I say? Thank you!

Great doesn’t really work here because the word you want to emphasize is “fallen” and not “disuse”. “This device has greatly fallen into disuse” “This device has fallen greatly into disuse” These are natural ways to say it.

How about this device has not been used for a very long time. Great is used for positive things so it is not appropriate to link this word with disuse.
