I like feeling when the breeze is blowing in my face or on my face?

either is fine. I prefer "on my face". It reminds me of other pleasant feelings such as "the sun on my back".
"In my face" sounds (to me) a little more unpleasant like "he is in my way", "i got shampoo in my eyes", or "I have all this sand in my hair"... but that's just me
