Yesterday, my mood was down. I wrote down the reasons why and I found out that, I was not happy because I was not disciplined, I thought too much, chat chitted and read too much newspapers, I just didn't know what to do and I know that I was lazy... I decided the best way to get rid of all that things is to be hard working and disciplined. I did, and I felt happy again.

Yesterday, my mood was down. I listed the reasons why, and I discovered that I was unhappy because I was ill-disciplined. I day-dreamed too much, chitcattted and read too many newspapers. I just didn't know what to do and I was lazy... I then decided that the best way to eradicate these bad habits was to be hard-working (diligent) and disciplined. ThereforeI became so and felt happy (joyful) again.
