I'm Japanese. There are a lot of traditional foods in Japan. Such as Soba noodle, Sushi, Tempura, Una-juu and so on. My recommendation is Ton-katu which is deep fried pork. It's super crispy and juice food. When I eat it, I put special source which tastes sweet and savory. The source is mainly made of fruits and vegetables. It goes well with Ton- katu.

'Such as' means examples. So it is not necessary to say 'and so on'.
Sauce for Tonkatsu is a little sour, isn't it?
