俗话、谚语、寓言有区别吗？

“俗语”也叫“俗话”，可以是词组，不一定是句子，但谚语一定是句子。谚语也是俗语，但俗语不一定是谚语。寓言(allegory)一般是故事形式。

寓言是文学作品，也就是文章形式。
谚语与俗语都是短句形式。谚语是俗语的一种。
从第一个确实不好判断，看第二个，既然前面提了药很苦，那么后面的转折就是治病了，再后面就是别人对你说的话不好听但很有用，也就是别人劝告你的话。
