Is there a way to report them without actually clicking on their message and opening it up in a new tab? The other thing is - They're bots, so the accounts are created and used without any human effort. It is ineffective and useless to block them because they just create new accounts and more spam. Italki has to figure out how to stop them. Maybe they can use AI?
