That phrase isn’t very common. Here are some natural ways to say it:
I got my money’s worth. (most common)
It was worth the money.
It was worth what I paid.
If you want to talk about your own effort instead of what you received, you could say:
I earned my money.
I worked for what I got.
So, depending on the context, the most natural version is “I got my money’s worth.”
