還有，是用「千克」更好還是說是用「公斤」更好？

基本是一样的，怎么用都可以，不过正式的说法是米、厘米、克、千克。
公克这个词很少见，基本没怎么听说过。

大陆用米，台湾用公尺一类的。不过大陆（至少北京）会说公里kilometer和公分centimeter还有公斤kilogram。
