hello, I have seen this on the internet... and I dont understant the meaning at all..
Happy me
Crazy us
So it is supposed that it means:
Happy me= I'm happy
Crazy us= We are crazy
?

I'm assuming it has something to do with bad relationships, i.e:
'Happy me' or I'm happy by myself
Vs
'Crazy us' or when we're together, it's bad/crazy.

Those are exclamations, not proper grammatical constructions.
"Happy me!" means "Indeed I am happy"
"Crazy us!" means "Indeed we are crazy"

Yes, you've got the idea. Just remember it's very informal because you're using object pronouns as if they were subject pronouns.
