I get a smart phone which is a convenient access to a broad range of information. I like surfing the Internet and scaning news websites and reading posts on forums is always relaxing for me. But I notice that I have be accustomed to reading concise texts. I have lost my ability to read long and continuous texts. I haven't read a book patiently for more than half and hour constantly.

For one, my smart phone provides convenient access to a broad range of information. I like surfing the Internet, and scanning news websites and reading posts on forums is always relaxing to me.
I forgot to mention! For commas, I would recommend reading your writing out loud. If there’s a pause, insert a comma. For example: “I like surfing the Internet [pause], and scanning news websites and reading posts on forums is always relaxing to me.”

No, technological advances are not always good. There are benefits, though, to be sure. For one, I get a smart phone, which provides convenient access to a broad range of information. I like surfing the Internet and scanning news websites, and reading posts on forums is always relaxing to me. But I notice that I am accustomed to mostly reading short texts. I have lost my ability to read longer and more extensive texts. I haven't read a book patiently for more than half an hour consistently.
I would recommend that you start by sharing what your answer to the question is: i.e., yes, you think tech advances are always good, or no, you don’t think they’re always good. Other than that, you did a great job answering the prompt! I recommended a few changes to help your answer flow better, (transition sentences to indicate topic changes, shifts in argument, etcetera), but you were already half way there in terms of argument transitions (the “but” you included was GREAT!). The only other thing was your use of the word “concise.” Concise has a more positive context; concise does typically mean shorter, but it is because the language used is specific. There is brevity in a concise text, and no need for unnecessary details that you might get bogged down with in a longer one. So when you used “concise,” you almost inadvertently pointed out a downside in reading longer passages; it was clear to me what you meant to say, but I figured I’d note it in the corrections since there are a few slight differences between “concise” and “short.” A reading can be short and concise, but a story that is short isn’t necessarily always concise; a short text can definitely lack concision.
