I am a loyal client of your shop/business and I often enjoy purchasing your products, however, the electronic dictionary which I’ve recently bought have been showing signs of poor quality. I am writing this letter to make a complaint and ask for a prompt solution.
To begin with, the battery fails all the time, I always have to charge it after using it for only a few minutes. In addition, the sound somehow can’t be heard clearly. There are always noises when I try to listen to the pronunciation of a word. Would you be so kind to accept to exchange it please? Thank you very much.
