Dear Sir or Madam, I am a loyal client who always buys products from your shop.However,the electronic dictionary which I bought recently have been found in a poor quantity.I am writing this letter to make a complaint and ask for a prompt solution. There are the problems with the electronic dictionary.To begin with,the battery fails to work all the time.I have to charge it after using it only few minutes.In addition,the sound somehow can’t be heard clearly.There are always noisy when I listen to the pronunciation.If you are so kind as to change a new one for me,I would be greatly honored.
