Today I came to see a play with a friend. My friend invited me, so I went. It was my first time ever seeing a play. We saw *The Little Mermaid*, and I was really moved. Both the acting and the singing were incredibly powerful and really left a lasting impression on me. I’ve always loved movies, but I realized that live theater is truly wonderful, too. I’d love to see other productions as well. I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the friend who invited me today. What really stuck with me was the atmosphere in the theater as everyone clapped after the show ended. It suddenly occurred to me: will I ever be on the receiving end of such cheers from an audience in my own life? Someday, I’d love to experience that.
