It was sunny today. In natural science class, I studied the changing of habitats. Every time people build over where grass, plants, and trees were growing. Animals lose their habitats. Let alone natural disasters, such as droughts, floods, or wildfires. Even a certain species of tiger, the king of all animals, is endangered. Maybe in the future, children can only study animals by observing fossils, such a sad prediction.

It was sunny today. In natural science class, I studied the changing of habitats. Every time people build over grass, plants, and trees, animals lose their habitats. Not to mention how this also causes natural disasters such as droughts, floods, or wildfires. Even a certain species of tiger, the king of all animals, is endangered. Maybe in the future, children can only study animals by observing fossils. Such a sad prediction…
Also the phrase 'species of tiger' is a little bit wordy, so if you want to be more concise you could use 'tiger species'.

It was sunny today. In natural science class, I studied the changing in
habitats. (better is ‘I studied how habitats change) Every time people build over where grass, plants, and trees were (you can use ‘are’ here)
growing, animals lose their habitats. This is on top of (you can’t start a sentence with ‘let alone’, you don’t have a verb) the damage caused by natural disasters, such as
droughts, floods, or wildfires. Even a certain species of tiger, the king of all
animals, is endangered. Maybe in the future, children will only be able to study animals by
observing fossils, (more likely to be stuffed animals or models - fossils take millions of years!) such a sad prediction.
Yes, you are right.

It was sunny today. During the science class I learned the changing of habitats. Every time people build over grass, plants and trees, animals lose their habitats. Furthermore, there are natural disasters, such as droughts, floods, or wildfires. Even a certain species of tiger, the king of all animals, is endangered. In the future, the children might only study animals by observing fossils. Such a sad prediction!
