My clothes shop is like a mess and today I decide to clean it up and fold the clothes more carefully. But first, I have to go jogging around Hoankiem Lake.
My clothing shop is a mess. So, today I decided to clean it up and fold the clothes more carefully. But first I must jog around Hoankiem Lake.
The only real mistake is "decide" -> "decided". All my other "corrections" are just suggestions. The reason you need to use the past tense "decided" is that you have obviously already made the decision. Another excellent option is to use present perfect: "today I have decided".
